Request route

Use the published privacy contact below for direct privacy or record requests.

If the request is only suppression, the sender route still works as well.

What records may exist

The record scope stays visible and bounded. This page does not imply a broader publication set than what is shown here.

Information you send directly

If you contact NotchForge Ops directly, the working record may include your name, company, business email address, message content, and the follow-up history needed to respond.

Outreach-related records

If an address is reviewed for source viability, suppression, complaint handling, or relevance review, the working record may include:

  • the exact published business address used
  • the public source location
  • the verification date
  • the relevance basis used at send time
  • the current suppression state

Site and security records

The deployed site may also keep the basic logs needed for uptime, debugging, abuse prevention, and security review.

How records may be handled

Use, sharing, and retention remain tied to what actually applies. This page does not promise more precision than the operating truth supports.

How information may be used

Information may be used to:

  • respond to direct messages and requests
  • deliver requested materials
  • honor suppression, complaint, and source-review requests
  • maintain source and suppression integrity
  • protect site security and service reliability
  • satisfy legal, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations that actually apply

Sharing

Information may be shared with providers actually used to operate the site, storage, communications, security, or recordkeeping workflow.

Retention

Records are kept only as long as needed to respond, protect suppression integrity, preserve source review history, maintain security, or satisfy obligations that actually apply.
