We use
- Public business information for relevance checks (company website + official LinkedIn company page)
- Business contact emails explicitly published on company websites (email source)
- Email conversations if you reply
- Suppression entries to prevent future outreach
We do not use
- Bought lists
- People databases
- Guessed email patterns
- Password/MFA requests
- Remote access requests
- Invasive tracking. We avoid invasive tracking and keep outreach plain-text.
Retention
- Suppression is kept to prevent future outreach.
- Email threads are kept only as needed for operations.
- Suppression for any 'no/remove' request is same-day.
Opt-out
If not relevant, reply 'no' and I'll stop.
